3. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE EAS EVENT (EUROPEAN AUTOMOTIVE SHOW)

The European Automotive Show (EAS) is an automotive exhibition event held in a closed venue.

3.1 Nature of the event

The event is static in nature and does not include competitive activities or races.

3.2 Acceptance of conditions

Registration or participation in the event implies express acceptance of all organizational rules established by EUROCREW EVENTS S.L.

3.3 Event rules

Participants must comply at all times with the organizational, safety, and conduct rules established by the organization.

EUROCREW EVENTS S.L. may deny access or remove any participant who fails to comply with these rules.

3.4 Modifications

The organization reserves the right to modify schedules, location, layout, or characteristics of the event for organizational, safety, or force majeure reasons.

 

4. TICKET PURCHASE CONDITIONS (ATTENDEES)

The purchase of tickets grants the right of access to the event under the conditions established by the organization.

4.2 Cancellation and refund policy

5.2 Responsibility for the vehicle

The vehicle owner is solely responsible for the vehicle throughout the event.

EUROCREW EVENTS S.L. shall not be liable for:

  • Damage, theft, or loss of the vehicle

  • Damage caused by third parties

  • Damage resulting from contact between vehicles

  • Damage caused by the vehicle itself or by venue infrastructure

5.3 Liability for damages

The organization shall only be liable for damages directly caused by actions attributable to its staff.

5.4 Conduct

Participants must behave appropriately and respectfully.

Failure to comply with the rules may result in removal from the event without the right to a refund.

 

6. GENERAL LIABILITY

EUROCREW EVENTS S.L. shall not be liable for:

  • Damages arising from improper use of the website

  • Incidents beyond its control (force majeure)

  • Actions of third parties or other attendees/participants

 

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms shall be governed by applicable Spanish and European legislation.

In the event of a dispute:

  • If the user is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction

  • In other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Valencia (Spain)

4. CONDITIONS D’ACHAT DES BILLETS (VISITEURS)

4.2 Politique d’annulation et de remboursement

Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé en cas de :

5. CONDITIONS POUR LES PARTICIPANTS AVEC VÉHICULE

5.1 Règles spécifiques

Les participants doivent suivre les instructions communiquées par l’organisation.

5.2 Responsabilité du véhicule

Le propriétaire du véhicule est seul responsable de celui-ci pendant toute la durée de l’événement.

EUROCREW EVENTS S.L. décline toute responsabilité en cas de :

  • Dommages, vol ou perte du véhicule

  • Dommages causés par des tiers

  • Dommages résultant de collisions entre véhicules

  • Dommages causés par le véhicule lui-même ou par les infrastructures

5.3 Responsabilité en cas de dommages

L’organisation n’est responsable que des dommages directement imputables à son personnel.

5.4 Comportement

Les participants doivent adopter un comportement approprié.

Le non-respect des règles peut entraîner l’exclusion sans remboursement.

 

6. RESPONSABILITÉ GÉNÉRALE

EUROCREW EVENTS S.L. ne pourra être tenue responsable de :

  • Dommages résultant d’une mauvaise utilisation du site

  • Événements hors de son contrôle (force majeure)

  • Actions de tiers ou d’autres participants

 

7. DROIT APPLICABLE ET JURIDICTION

Les présentes conditions sont régies par la législation espagnole et européenne applicable.

En cas de litige :

  • Si l’utilisateur est un consommateur, les tribunaux compétents sont ceux de son lieu de résidence

  • Dans les autres cas, les parties se soumettent aux tribunaux de Valence (Espagne)
